47 years of togetherness, that's a really long time. Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan are celebrating the 47th year of their marriage as today is their anniversary. Their love story is simple yet nothing less than a fairytale. The couple who fell in love with each other on the sets of their film, eventually tied the knot on June 3, 1973. Since then, they have been given major couple goals for all. Their latest picture shared by daughter Shweta Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan are perfect examples of what happy couples look like.

When i told him who , he said you must marry her before you go .. else you don’t go .. So .. I obeyed .. !!”
